Why is it always so tasty, fast and hearty at our place?
We cook with fresh meat (beef, lamb) from farmers' fields and do not use ready-made minced meat for cutlets. We also have chicken, fish and seafood dishes.
Is it only beef?
Meat and cutlets are grilled to perfection, without overheating, at the optimum temperature, selected by experience.
We do not use frozen buns from supermarkets with unclear composition and long shelf life. Only fresh baked goods from time-tested bakeries.
